and IP address. If the user elects to create an 'Agent', then Engineer.net
collects the user supplied e-mail address assigned to that Agent.
Keyword searches are used to operate the site and to display appropriate
individualized advertisements. Engineer.net will not send you any unsolicited
information, including e-mail, except to deliver user requested e-mail
search agent information.
Engineer.net will not disclose Information unless acting under a good
faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements
or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property
of Engineer.net; (3) enforce the Engineer.net Terms of Use; or (4) act
to protect the interests of its members or others.
Engineer.net does not employ the use of 'cookies'.
