Radio Frequency Engineering Lead - Syracuse, New York

  Job Description:

Company is currently seeking a highly motivated RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) ENGINEERING LEAD to join a team of existing engineers in the design of the most
complex radar, electronic warfare, and communications systems in the country. All aspects of development, design, build, and test are performed
in-house, setting the company aside from its competitors.



Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary focus for RF related work.

* Coordinate all RF related activities including RF design, transfer to production, manufacturing support, production, and testing support

* Work within a cross functional team environment to include software, radar systems, digital, mechanical, communications systems engineers, and
manufacturing engineers



Requirements:

* Bachelor's in electrical engineering with a minimum of 7 years of RF related experience

* Strong RF design and analysis skills

* Prior experience with receivers, exciters, and radar system design up to 3GHz

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

* Ability to coordinate the activities of a team of engineers and technicians

* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

* Security Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must
meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
