Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead challenging landfill-gas-related design and permitting projects and to market such services within Florida. Jones Edmunds is based in Gainesville, Florida, has six Florida locations and is one of the largest and most innovative solid waste engineering companies in the State.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically knowledgeable professional engineer interested in leading design teams, managing challenging projects, developing relationships with existing clients, and marketing new clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in the areas of landfill gas collection systems, gas to energy, Title V, EPA and State Regulations, carbon credits, and general landfill design. The ideal candidate will also possess strong project and client management abilities, including the ability to develop a project scope and fee, negotiate contracts, manage project teams and clients, and develop and foster professional relationships.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
BS degree in engineering
Florida-registered PE or have the ability to become registered in Florida within one year
12+ years of progressive consulting or related experience
7+ years of progressive project management experience
valid driver’s license
