We are currently seeking a Software Engineer with Search Technology expertise to join our growing software development team. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with the skills and commitment to help us expand. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and must be able to thrive in a community of extremely talented engineers who are focused on pushing enterprise Content Management Software solutions to the next level.
Responsibilities
• Provide search technology expertise to the Software development team
• Design, develop, modify, and build complex software solutions
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with other engineers on the development team.
• Execute according to best practices and standards
• Actively participate in the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Create high-quality work products and exhibit integrity and dedication
• Interface with senior management to provide and obtain information
• Must be able to conduct and assist in design and development reviews.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands on search technology experience
• Must have Microsoft .NET framework development experience with the following: ASP. NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Windows Internals and C++ experience required
• Indexing Service and/or Windows Search 4.0 experience required
• Must have experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP), XSLT, XML, etc
• BS in Computer Science or related work experience
• Excellent analytical skills for technical problem solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability work in an independent or team environment
