Mid - Sr. Project Energy Engineer

We have an immediate opening to join our Facilities Science and Technology team. The qualified candidate will work out of one of our 17 office locations. This position entails the management and support of multiple commissioning, retro-commissioning projects and energy audits for a wide variety of clients and facility types. Qualified candidates will gather data, prepare reports, perform energy audits, perform cost estimating and economic analysis including ROI and payback evaluations.
Specific Requirements include:
• BS in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 5-15 years of progressive experience in energy engineering or energy efficient facility design experience
• Previous building commissioning experience as defined by ASHRAE Guideline 0, preferred.
• Prior marketing of building commissioning and/or energy audit services, preferred
• Previous LEED® and/or sustainable design project experience, preferred
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong background with Microsoft® Office and energy modeling software
• Licenses/Certifications: PE, CEM or LEED AP desired, but not required.
• Ability to travel
