Duties/Responsibilities: Analyze, define, design, develop, test, and maintain application software in a Microsoft environment (C#, .NET framework).
1. Design, implement and maintain fully integrated software solutions that may include third party software, databases, networks, and other related applications.
2. Consult with internal users to determine software/system purpose, workflow, usability, outputs, and document detailed requirements.
3. Identify and prototype possible solutions and implement a timely result.
4. Determine details regarding installation, security, and training for solutions.
5. Resolve user issues and problems with supported software.
6. Evaluate the procurement of third party software.
7. Act as software vendor liaison.
Education/Experience:
BS in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, 2+ years experience implementing enterprise applications based on the Microsoft .NET framework. Other desirable experience includes usage of GIS technologies in the energy industry, AutoCAD customization, Service based architectures. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Current U.S. work authorization and a valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
2 years experience in both (.net framework) and (C#)
