Small Engine Test Engineer - Camarillo, California

Harbor Freight Tools in Camarillo California. is seeking a small engine test engineer to run tests on our new products as well as products returned to us by our customers. Tests would include but are not limited to noise, vibration, emissions, heat, durability, duration, etc. This is a hands on, non managerial position, that will be working independently on various issues as they arise. Ideally we would like someone that has experience with small gas powered 4 stroke engines (20hp) with good understanding of vibration and noise reduction, troubleshooting, and overall small engine knowledge.

Other Details: We are looking for experience with small engines such as lawn mowers, gas generators, vert and horizontal motors, power washers, etc. Experience with UL standards is a plus. Working with overseas manufacturing plants is a plus.
