Seeking a Machine Design Engineer with 2-3 years experience in Hydraulic circuit design.
Ideal candidate will have a BSME/BSMET and 2-3 + years experience with industrial Hydraulics or an ASMET and 5 years experience with industrial hydraulics.
Responsibilities include: Designing hydraulic circuits for machinery meeting US and International codes (NFPA,CE, ISO, etc). Working closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to design to optimize machine design as a whole. You will perform calculations for flow rate, pump capacity, power, valve size, pressure drop, line size and other analysis required. Must be able to trouble shoot hydraulic systems and work with vendors to reduce cost, improve performance and reduce lead times. Experience with Servo (close loop servo systems) hydraulic systems,circuit design, component hardware and specification, AutoCAD, Solidworks and the ability to perform analysis and sizing calculations. Some travel required. Primary Skills: Solidworks, Circuit design and Autocad Salary: Between 55000 - 65000 Experience Required: Experienced, 2 years minimum Clearance Level: none Travel: 10 %
