Seeking experienced engineering leader to lead engineering function of solar concern. Will manage staff engineers and consulting engineers while interfacing daily with CEO, CFO and SVP of Operations. We are seeking a proven leader with a miminum of undergrad degree in engineering (graduate degree preferred), 10 years experience in process engineers in the chemical manufacturing industry and at least 5 years recent experience in a leadership position. Must have previous experience building a plant and must have proven influence management skills.
